What a way to wake me when I got my credit card billing. I am billed exactly as I was expecting, a whopping 5 digit amount! Whew! This is insane! I was trying to save up for my travel next year but look what I did, more damage! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! When will this madness stop??? It felt like I was the main character from the book Confessions of a Shopaholic, although I haven’t and don’t plan to experience something like that. NO WAY!
I was really thinking on how will I learn to be prudent to save up for my future. Need a good work out plan to save more. I was planning to save at least 10% of what I am earning so that I can still enjoy some of my luxury without going over board. As Christmas Season comes, this plan did not happen! I have major case of credit card over use. Well, for my standards at least. I can’t do anything now, but to change my ways of spending. Settle my outstanding balances and pay up!
So for my first New Years resolution, must save up for the future! No to plastics! Hahaha! Can I live up to the challenge? I’ll update you once I fix my finances, hahaha! Stay tuned!
